One of those rare lines that still has that old-skool ambiance. Combined with a stop that is painted with Totoro images it's close to a magical experience. It looks like the company takes much pride in their work and it looks like it's run with passion and love.

Nice video.  The line is fairly close to Tokyo on the outer edges of Chiba. There is more information in this article.

If you visit, you won't be disappointed, especially if you like old tyme, bucolic railway operations.  The trains haven't changed much over the years, and the scenery is rural.  I try to visit this line at least once a year.

What I can't explain is why it has taken me this long to ride such an interesting line so close to Tokyo.
