That 3000 series in the middle is a Takarazuka Line train, it's fitted with a "skirt" that you usually only see on the ltd. express types, like the flanking trains (Kyoto and Kobe Line, left and right). *Juso is an interesting part of Osaka. It is a red-light district, and the main drag for those establishments has an information center much like a station TIC to, ah, "guide" prospective pleasure seekers. Link to comment
