The brownish electric looks like it might be BLS, but the logo is too blurry to tell. The shiny thing is clearly from the same Romulan shipyard that built the "Rapi:t". Link to comment

I found a pamphlet advertising the place where these trains run, and it seems that the running models (The trams on the top, and the trains in the middle) are in "#1 Gauge", or 45mm rail spacing.
