Mais, ouh là là!

He's planning to make other Paris' subways next year apparently. Hopping for the mp73 (line 6) or mf77 (line 8 )

I'm tempted but it's a bit expensive for my taste.

For what it's, that price is rather reasonable. 245€ for a hand-made 4-car motorized set of an European train is borderline a bargain.

You can't compare it to a RTR Japanese model.

For sure for sure but it's a budget. Especially since it's not the model I really want (mp73 for the line 6)

And handmade yes I'm not surprised it's that expensive. I was just hoping for less than 200 tbh.

It's a budget, but take it in its context.

For example, the MSRP of the 4-car base set of the DC Fleischmann ICE 2 is 369.90€; the MSRP of a Fleischmann DC SNCF locomotive is usually around 220€; Piko asks 304€ for its BB25500 and 355€ for a 4-car EMU. Of course, you will pay less at retailers, but that still leave the 4-car MP59 at 245€ quite a bargain for a hand-made model. I'm personally surprised it isn't more than that. Even more since the set seems to be sold as a finished model and not a kit.

Not that I'm advocating you to buy this model. Just trying to encourage you to think about your price expectations. N scale RTR Japanese models are amongst the cheapest available and not a good base to approach models from other regions.

Oh yes that's why I don't buy other brands than japanese brands. would have never started this hobby if I didn't move in japan

Nice find. I had never thought about Paris metro but that is a tempting model.

Does it come pre-painted or is it just the 3D prints?
