DD13
After reading an article by Lance Mindheim on shunting and car spots, have curiosity about how it works in Japan. Let's say a train arrives at the local warehouse, how is the work done?. Are there car spots? Link to comment

Let's say a train arrives at the local warehouse, how is the work done?. Are there car spots? Should have. In the case of boxcars, they need to be lined up with loading dock doors, where present. In the case of containers, anywhere goes - the forklift then sorts containers according to destination within the plant. On the Gakunan Railway. 3 Link to comment
