JJ1892
Any ideas what I can use for Catenary and Contact Wires ? I have seen some threads here on advanced topics like making sparks etc. but nothing on the wires themselves. I am using standard KATO poles as below. I have read that using a fishing line may work, but will thank you for your ideas. JJ1892 Edited March 6 by JJ1892 Link to comment
Kingmeow
There is a manufacturer catenary wires that stretches (quite a lot) without breaking. The name escapes me at the moment. Comes in different colors too. I'll search around and repost if I can find it. They are still around. They always exhibit at the Amherst train show very year at Springfield, Mass. EDIT: Found it. EZ Line! https://berkshirejunction.com/ez-line/ Edited March 7 by Kingmeow 1 Link to comment
cteno4
I think you are thinking EZ line. Good stuff. Doesnt seem to attract dust the way most threads [even synthetics] can tend to. You can get a bit of a drape with it and best is it flexes some if you hit it. Cheers jeff 1 Link to comment
