kuro68000 Posted January 25 Share Posted January 25 They had facial recognition at Haneda for the gates to security and at the aircraft boarding. I was a bit hesitant but decided to try it, and it did work well. The face recognition passport control at Heathrow is still terrible, mind you. Link to comment

You save a few minutes of queuing, but just end up spending the time waiting elsewhere for their flight to depart. If everyone does it, it should speed things up for everyone, but would you risk getting to the airport later? In other words it mostly helps the airport, not you. 1 Link to comment
