Can someone tell me about this TOMIX set?

I understand that there are ISO units in this case, but I don't understand why TOMIX isn't using their normal clear jewel cases. Can anyone give me any insight?

Not the correct image for the 3302 set.  Just looks like a poor photoshop edit.

I did a quick Google search and most images show 2 units, although some are like the above.  One of the ones with 2 places only has 1 car shown and an empty spot for another.
