Smart Signaling In Kato Tracks

Greetings All,

 

I would like to add blocks to my setup (Newbie Alert) and saw that brands like Marklin have "smart tracks" (that can sense a train on top) that allow me to add manual or automated signaling to the tracks (so when a train passes by the signal it will turn it red and other trains will not be able to enter the block). Is there an equivalent mechanism available in Kato or from a Kato compatible brand ?
