Tomix 2620 Hakone Tozan Railway Series 1000 Bellenina Questions

At a recent train show I purchased a bunch of stuff, and the fellow threw in this powered unit of a Tomix 2620 Hakone Tozan Railway Series 1000 Bellenina EMU.  As you can see from the photos, it is missing the pantograph and I wondering if anyone had any idea for a reasonable replacement.  It does not need to be accurate to the prototype, I just want something to make it look like an EMU.

 

Also, it seems the front truck is on backwards.  I thought these just pop off, but I can only get one side to disengage, never both.  Can be either side.  Do I need to pull harder, or am I missing something.
