Sacto1985 Posted July 24 Share Posted July 24 YouTube member TSG Multimedia just posted a very interesting cab view video of the Santa Cruz Beach Train from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk up into the redwoods up to Felton, CA on the Santa Cruz, Big Trees and Pacific Railway: You can see quite a lot of street running the train heads away from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk before heading into the redwoods for the climb up to Felton. 1 Link to comment

Some 233 units were converted, a good number are still in service on short lines and tourist lines (like the one shown in the video). 1 Link to comment
