How would you create a headmark for you JR Series 103?

I have a photo of the headmark that I want and a way to print it what size would the headmark be?

Standard sleeper train headmarks are around 66cm in diameter according to the info I found. So roughly 4.4mm in 1/150 scale. You may find trialling a few variations around this size to make allowances for what looks right, rather than what is the correct size.
