SL58654号
I have a burning passion for traction engines and road locomotives as they're sometimes called, just as I love nearly anything that runs of steam, and would love to visit the Great Dorset Steam Fair. Now while Japan has not had nearly as many traction engines (though at least one is kept at a toy museum) my layout may certainly have a few road vehicles as scenery decoration. Out of curiosity, do any ready-made traction engines and/or steamrollers exist in N gauge? On my layout I may imagine that a few had been imported to Japan for a steam fair of their own (maybe held by Hitoyoshi Engine Shed to be on show next to 58654!). Link to comment
Kamome
Oxford Diecast produce a few different colours I believe. Scale is 1:148 for British N so relatively unnoticeable to Japanese 1/150 https://www.oxforddiecast.co.uk/collections/1-148/products/nfbb002 1 Link to comment

cteno4
One trick with small die casts is to hit them with a bit of dull coat as the usually shinier enamel paint they usually use on them tends to pudge then up a bit. Dull coat takes that edge off a bit. jeff Link to comment
