Not that I’m aware of. Seem to be a number of joyful/sightseeing trains that haven’t been touched by any manufacturers perhaps due to being too much of a risk in terms of interest or too intricate a design which would increase the price and perhaps deter interest. 

 

JR Kyushu sweet train is another example.

From what I have seen in the past many Joyful trains are one-off consists with limited schedules.  Which probably makes getting a following harder. As opposed to a regular train that people ride every day.

Ahh. Of course. Its all about the money. Didn't think about that. Its a shame. There are some beautiful Joyful trains out threre.

Yes it seems like at times everything gets made, but it is all about economics of it being a decent seller. 
 

on the good side there have been a lot of joyful trains made and some of the most unique.
