serotta1972
It’s Muni Heritage Weekend in San Francisco, CA. They bring out their restored fleet of trams and trolley from across the country and around the world. I’m riding one of the original Torpedo PCC from the Barn in the southern part of the city to the Ferry Building which is basically across the city. bill937ca
On previous trips to San Francisco I found the Torpedos like 1008 were the most comfortable cars to ride. 1 Link to comment

The ride was very smooth. It was a pleasant ride across the city and had a nice conversation with the driver. There were no passengers until we got closer to downtown. 2 Link to comment
serotta1972
Here are some of the trams that went by while I was at the pick up area near the Ferry Building. They were providing rides from the Ferry Building to Pier 39 and back. 6 Link to comment
serotta1972
They also had some interesting vehicles with rubber tires. 😁 I remember riding the Fishbowl buses when I was a young lad. 3 Link to comment
