bc6
Do dcc testers work with wired decoders and is a dcc tester a good investment? Link to comment
inobu
Its a device of convenience. The more time you put in the set up the better it will work for you. Adding the re-railer the switches just makes things more concise and easy to use. Creating an install process help as you avoid wasting time. Test the decoder first. (test unit) Install the decoder. (work space in middle) Test the install. (track test area) The Lok Programmer in the lower corner is a programmer with software that works in conjunction with the tester. Below is the Virtual Cab that allows you to test the install emulating track operation. Inobu 1 Link to comment

I'm not sure if it was because of your post but I just discovered the virtual throttle on JMRI which I know is different but its really cool. Edited June 30, 2023 by bc6 Link to comment
