Quick SCMAGLEV/Railway Park Question

Does anyone know if visitors can go inside the bilevel car for the 100-series Shinkansen at SCMAGLEV/Railway Park?

 

My son is suddenly obsessed with bilevel Shinkansen and was sad that he couldn’t go inside the MAX at the Saitama Railway Museum earlier on our trip.  We may have reason to be in Nagoya later on our trip and I’m toying with the idea of a visit.  Want to know what to expect.

Yes, you can get into the interior of the bilevel Shinkansen dining car at Nagoya. I've been in it each time I've visited.

 

Though fair warning, most of the upper deck is display only - you can't walk through it as you can the lower deck.
