Fuji TV is doing a series of programs about railways or rail vehicles which are not accessible to the public. This episode deals with Toshiba's internal railway at Umi-Shibaura, on the end of the Shibaura branch of the Tsurumi line. Toshiba still has a track connection to JR and occasionally ships loads using JR Freight. Otherwise the tracks inside the plant are used to to move heavy pieces of equipment around.
