Its a JR East depot on the Chuo Line and the photos are aerial views which give a good ideal of how the depot is arranged.

Nice pictures.  You can also see portions of the Chuo Line where elevation construction is in progress.  The areas do look so much more dense from above than at normal pedestrian level.
