Rod.H Posted April 28, 2023 Share Posted April 28, 2023 I examined one of them this week, operation of it's not like the N version, for a start the rails that make up the length when extended are standard code 80 rails that ride in a fishplate and get pushed to the sides when the trackbed is compressed. To keep a straight path & fill the gap the straight element of a point is used. In all a bit of interesting engineering. 1 Link to comment
