JR East
For those living in Japan, hunting Dr. Yellow can be considered as a sport. For a tourist in the rising sun country like me, Dr. Yellow is a myth ... a dream ... a sort of "Nessie" I was waiting for my train to Kinosaki Onsen to arrive at Himeji, shooting right and left some different trains when I realized Dr. Yellow was running on the Shinkasen line above. That's miles away of the perfect shot (but thanks to my new OM-1 and it's great stabilized sensor, stabilized coupled lens and very fast autofocus), I've clicked on the button without having really the time to target it ... These are just JPG "out of the box" but I got also RAW files and I'll make the post production this weekend but I'm very happy to share with my favourite community When I'm saying I was lucky ... The day before (commuting from Himeji to Miyajimaguchi via Hiroshima), I was able to shoot the JR 500 Hello Kitty at Himeji Shinkansen station, as it was stopping there !!! (yeahhhhhhhhh). I had time enough for a serie of good shots and a small video (to come) This is why I'm writing I'm (really) a lucky guy !!!! JM. Edited April 11, 2023 by JR East typos 6 Link to comment
