Thanks Jeff and Cat. The weathering was pure trial and error. I had some stuff and slapped it on and then added some more. Got lucky I guess.

Umm, that's the only way I've ever done weathering for decades....

Whenever I'm cleaning a paintbrush and I've dipped it in thinner, I grab anything in reach that can use more weathering and wipe the brush on it!

I love these little projects as they fit into these little Calzone boxes. Our school cafeteria used to be run by a pizza joint but they quit and left. They left lots of little boxes around which I managed to snag. Perfect project boxes. Making myself a kit.

💩  after I read what they put inside the box I'm sure your use is 110% better... and probably I suspect why they quit and left

Yeah, the best thing that came out of that place was the empty boxes. I use and re-use them all the time.

I had some leftover basswood and a tiny engine so I'm making a tiny shed for it.
