Can Kato trains run on Railpower 1370?

I recently got a Railpower 1370 of my own. I use N-scale trains and could not find a way to power my n scale tracks. Did I buy the wrong product?

I believe what you need is a Terminal Unijoiner 24-818, power feed for track joints.  https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10003112  You shouldn't have to order it from Japan.

Or just wires from the side terminals to you track. Depends on you track.

 

Also controller is mav 18 volts. So don't turn it up too far.
