Here's a video I found about powering a Greenmax 2154 Toden tram kit with a Tomytec TM-TR01 tram drive and running it on a R103 test track . I started on this once before the TM-TR01 was around and the body is still still lurking somewhere here. These videos are worthwhile even if you only learn one over looked detail.

00:00 Title
00:13 Purchased the Green Max assembly kit "Tram and Tram" as it was resold!
00:56 Now, let's temporarily assemble one Toden 6000 series.
01:56 Clean the marks left by the nippers with a cutter and a file!
02:43 Scrape off the floor board holding part inside the side board.
03:48 Glue! It's a temporary assembly, so it's light.
04:37 The front part was warped, so I removed it and fixed it.
05:17 Let's open the power unit.
06:14 This power unit can be adjusted to match the vehicle body!
06:39 Adjust and fix the full length of the power unit with reference to the floor plate parts.
07:11 Adjust with spacers on both ends of the power unit.
07:40 Attach weights to both ends of the power unit.
08:14 Let's run the R103 test course!
09:56 Ending / Product used Green Max 2154 tram and track (unpainted kit)

the TR01 seems to be hard to come by in the Uk at the moment.

Hard to come by everywhere.  I think the overwhelming Prague T3 reaction cleared them out.
