Animated Neon roof top signs and street lighting

Having taken delivery of some Kato buildings for my new TV1 unitram layout I would is it possible to buy some animated neon signs for their rooftops etc?

 

Is it also possible to add some working street lights to replace the Kato plastic type?

Miller Engineering does rooftop signs but these are not Japanese.

The Miller signs are first-rate.  I have at least four.
