Yep Imgur image embeds are allowed here as provide have embed code for use elsewhere.

 

one issue if you use a lot of Imgur images in a post at times they can be very slow loading, especially if there are a number of them in the topic. We had a few old topics with a lot of Imgur embeds and they would just sort of shut down loading at times. Also Imgur use to have some very R/X advertising on their site! Seems like that’s not there much now.

The joke is that the cereal packets advertise runaway trains, as in runaway (missing) children. My suggestion is to do something similar on a railway station billboard.
