1/72 Marine/Cycling Diorama

@cteno4, Jeff, the diorama was my first and only. It was made for a maritime museum and built in my lounge room. It took me a long time, for it was a huge learning curve for me as well as having to be scratch-built as well. It is a model of the lift-span bridge located at Wardell, NSW, Australia. The model (1/72 scale) was too big to take a good overall image, but here are several photos.

Used to love driving across that bridge and also past the sugar mill at Broadwater when it was the old highway. Don't miss the traffic and 50 K zones though.

I cycle across it at least twice a week when riding from Ballina to either Wardell / Broadwater / Woodburn / Evens Head... and I have never seen it being operated.
