Sacto1985 Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 It appears that YouTube member nimo5 caught this on a dashcam video doing something that is definitely illegal in Japan: A bicycle rider using a cellphone at the same time rode the bike right into a power utility pole.
