Japanese Maintenance Engine and car (Need help Identifying)

There seems to be a new infatuation every time I discover a new facet of Japanese railways. I remember seeing the yellow maintenance trains on the sidings as I took the Yamanote line around Tokyo and again while riding the Shinkansen.

 

When searching for maintenance vehicles, I found this picture of a yellow small engine with crane but haven't been able to find the exact model of the engine and flat car.

I've discovered this website that lists 3000+ maintenance train vehicles in Japan but I haven't been able to narrow it down. http://mcdb.sub.jp/forums/search/Tmc/page/7/

 

Maybe a variation of the TCM100/200/300/400/500 versions? (shown in blue/green/yellow?)

I believe I've found the ballast car. It is a three-ton dump truck made by Matsuyama Heavy Vehicle.

I am now searching for technical drawings for these two vehicles so I can design them in CAD.  Line drawings; front, top, or profile views; engineering drawings would be very helpful.  Even general dimensions like length, width, height would be welcome. Thank you everyone

Found the same model, just different number. And it has a PDF with drawings 😁 time to get busy designing a 1/8 scale model. 36" long.
