I modified it to run on narrow gauge. Took me a while 😛

Current pickup is currently only through one bogie. No headlights nor interior lights (yet?).

Well, it required some trial and error. The drive unit I bought is taller than the Tenshodo one, so I cut the floor and built this white support structure. Rolling axles are slightly shorter than the original ones, distances were put inside the holes where bearings go. Also, the current pickups now touch the wheels instead of bearings.

Is that a Halling motor bogie? It looks like one.....

 

Also great conversion, looks ever so much better overhanging the track like it should.

Also, everything is DCC ready if yoi can solder.
