Eating Chicken and Christmas Cake is a Japanese tradition? What is Christmas cake? Here is my theory, after we try passing off the "Fruit cakes" we've been given they eventually wind up in Japan.

 

(Actually our British Bookkeeper makes a very tasty traditional English Fruit cake where she lets it soak in Brandy for a few days....you basically drink the cake! )
