Inspiration needed for a small industrial shunting layout.

Looking for some ideas for a small realistic (doesn’t have to be prototypical) 1000x400mm (I do have some wriggle room) shunting/industrial layout preferably with a wharf or dock. N scale preferably using Tomix track.

 

Any examples about.

I’ve seen this and think it would work well, but I’ve not a clue how to create a realistic scene out of it.
