DX Platform And DCc

I cant find any info as to if the Kato DX Platform Lighting Kits work With DCC?

Actually i came across a thread where someone said they had it working with DCC,so i might take the chance

Seeing that the DX platform lights are just normal KATO lights without the usual prongs, I am sure it is possible.

It is, I have mine on t-trak modules taped off track power and have used dc and dcc, usually dcc power.  Works just fine.

thanks,but when you use DCC is the lighting constant?if i use Kato unijoiners to  a power source does the lighting vary when you add power,or do those lighting kits take care of that?hope that makes sense

Light output on dcc is steady, as dcc voltage is steady.  For DC it's like modern locos, pretty steady, just at super low voltages.  I am not sure if the take pwm for full light all the time on those type of controllers.
