Does the Kato Eizan 900 "Kirara" fit around Tomix R103?

I know it works on 140 because at least one guy with the East Penn Traction Club has an orange Eiden 900 that he runs on their layout. But does it navigate the 103?

 

It is strangely absent from 177140103's youtube videos.

No, to C103 but yes to C140.  C140 might be better with a C177 15 degree easement at the beginning and end of the curve.
