Acrylic's B Train Shorty Platforms

I keep seeing these cute small station platforms and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried them out? They look cute, I would like to try them out, but I wonder what they're like.

 

From the pictures on HobbySearch they look to be unpainted and unassembled kits, so the fact that you have to paint them yourself is a bit meh. But they also seem to be quite expensive, considering to me it looks like you only get one short section with one order. So even if you're getting them for Shorties, even for a short 4 car set you would need at least 3 or 4 of them.

 

So any opinion on them?

Yes, they are unpainted unassembled.  I got a curved one because it fits neatly on the actual radius of the curve where it will go.  We only needed one, because it's a small stop on the Minato line that typically runs just single or double Kiha

For stations on straight track, we're using sections of narrow Tomix platforms.
