1067mm track panel length?

Having spent a great deal of time looking at various in-cab videos throughout Japan I noticed that there are still a lot of areas where track panels seem to be  creating plenty of wheel noise when the wheels pass over the joints.

 

Is there a standard track panel length for JNR constructed cape gauge trackwork?

Sectional rail lengths are: 30kg rail- 20m, above 30 kg (i.e.37, 40, 50, 60kg) the standard length is 25m.
