Here's a bit of an oddity, it's the Nihonkai (Osaka-Aomori) being pulled by an EF81 in Twilight Express (Osaka-Sapporo) livery

 

 

The 103s in the background should tip you off as to what station this is.

The ramp on the right is the same one that runs through the center of the Gate Tower Building, before connecting to the Hanshin Expressway #11 Ikeda Route.
