Odd looking paved-over turntable.

I found this while google strolling around Tokyo bay. It looks like a paved over loco shed and turntable, with lots of odd curved roadway. There is a car factory nearby. I'm wondering if this is a testing ground for newly produced automobiles. They had something like that at the Volkswagen factory when I visited it. Any ideas?

@gavino200 it is Nissans crash test laboratory, so they can crash cars at specific angles. See for more info

Yup that is a test facility for car manufacture.  The paved circle is the skidpan.
