Another Hong Kong ebay store selling asian games and trains. What stands out though is that they are selling opened TomyTec car/bus/vehicle collection items - so instead of getting a random item from a specific collection, you can buy the one you want. Price wise it's more expensive then buying the $50 cartons from Plaza Japan or Hobby Search, especially when you consider shipping, but if you are looking to complete a set or just want one item without having to buy cartons until you get it, you may want to take a look.
