Tetsudo Fan is Japan #1 railfan magazine. So, general Tetsudo Fan thread begins here.

I'm looking for scans of KoKi 200 blueprints published in there. Anyone knows where can I find them?

Tetsudo fan magazine is not particularly strong in covering freight trains, articles tend to focus more on the glamorous new passenger rolling stock.  The 1/80 plans in the back tend to be of passenger stock.  Tetsudo Pictorial October 2001 special edition (new rolling stock guide) has an article about the koki 200, but I dunno if they have blueprints,.
