Color difference between E7 and W7 from Tomix?

Looking for someone who owns both the E7 Toki and W7 from Tomix.

 

is there a color difference in the main blue color between the 98940 W7 and 97920 E7 Toki? 
 

I know there is a difference between the W7 and the old E7 for whatever reason, but just wondering if this is still the case with the new E7 Toki
