Platypus Iko-chan Tomix containers?

I came across some four wheel cars with containers with Platypus Iko-chan JR West's ICOCA mascot character?  These are all Tomix issues. Are they widely available?

I think these were only at the Tomix store. I seem to remember nariichi having a few for sale he picked up.
