KATO Grand Hikari Coupler Snapped

Hello, I have a bit of an issue. 

 

I bought the Series 100 Grand Hikari Shinkansen used. Everything is running well until I found that the two last carriages have their couplers snapped. As with the picture below

 

Any idea how to fix this? And whether there is a sparepart for this? thanks

I found the coupler that's for this train. I've bought some from hobby link, now I just need to learn how to replace the couplers. 

 

Anyone know how?

Pretty straightforward, disassemble the car (open it), then detach the floor plate from the undercarriage part, and you can remove the coupler and reinsert the new one.
