bill937ca
A pub manager in lockdown has managed to send a pint of "rail ale" around his bar, courtesy of a model locomotive. Michael Purchase, 28, who manages The Chestnut in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, attached his pint to a tiny diesel engine and got his partner Lucy to film it. https://www.bbc.com/news/av/uk-england-nottinghamshire-52190442/coronavirus-locked-down-pub-manager-serves-beer-on-model-train?fbclid=IwAR2HFPnebXcCCACL1IRnXxWRQc_OHDMQ2OP1FpCVk3SGehQtgHzghboafXc 3 1 Link to comment
chadbag
The hard part has to be the start -- not to quick on the throttle. "An object at rest wants to stay at rest" Some of the Japanese "conveyor belt" sushi places have this down to a science already. (The ones that use a "train" to deliver like one I was at in Nagoya long ago that had a Shinkansen styled train for special orders). Link to comment
