RossDensha
Kintetsu's Fresh Fish Train (sengyō ressha) is ending service after 56 years, due to a sharp decrease in usage, trucks are now the main form of transport to get fish to the markets. The train operates every morning Ujiyamada in Mie to Osaka Uehommachi, and has done since 1963. Final service is set for this Friday (JST) 13 March. The average number of users is now only about 10. There'll be a carriage on the end of an express train so that some fish can still get to Osaka by rail. Such a shame, are there any other trains like this left?
