Yamanote Line services to be partially suspended on November 16th

The Yamanote Line is to be partially suspended on November 16th ( from start of service until ca. 4pm.) along the eastern side between Osaki and Ueno so the track can be realigned to pass through the new Takanawa Katakana Station. Apparently this is the first time a scheduled service suspension has taken place since at least 1987. Keihin-Tohoku line also affected.

I see they've kept the Keihin-Tohoku flyover south of Tamachi station, meaning Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines are on separate platforms as in Shinagawa.
