1957 slides from Tokyo

I encountered this Flikr album of 1957 slides from the Tokyo area, it looks like the Ginza, Yurakcho station and trams.

I particularyly like the picture "Ito's Enriched Bread Delivery Truck":

 

 

I'm not totally sure, but the named bread delivery truck looks pretty much like a type 95 Kurogane pickup to me. The car in the foreground must be a (Hino built?) Renault 4CV.

I love the historical aspects of Japan and train station. It's really amazing how only 100 years ago most of these places were farm land or semi rural areas.
