Trying to find a railway

Been watching an anime recently and I know I have seen the railway before.  But cannot put a finger on it now.

 

White cars with a blue, green and red triple horizontal stripes down the side.  And the logo is a light blue ring or "O" with green leaves on top, making it look like an apple kinda.

 

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sounds suspiciously like a Seibu 4000 series.
