Rokuhan C57

So. The latest review I've done is the Rokuhan C57. I've been wanting to get one of these for a while and particularly wanted a standard version one as it will be  a key loco on my new Hakuho layout. The Imperial loco is fine and dandy but a bit obscure for a rural line in Hokkaido
