marknewton
The subject matter of this lady’s models won’t be to everyone’s taste, but there’s no denying the quality of her work: https://www.theguardian.com/cities/2019/jun/10/dioramas-of-death-tokyo-cleaner-recreates-rooms-where-people-died-alone Cheers, Mark. 1 Link to comment
cteno4
Wow that’s different. But good I can see how people can just say that’s sad when they hear about cut off folks dying alone like this and let it go at that. This makes you really viscerally think about them and the greater issues and perhaps make it stick for later action. Easy to say there are programs they can reach out to, but most of the times there things like depression that can wrap a mind up so much and cause it to isolate itself so that they are incapable of reaching out or even properly perceiving reality. jeff Link to comment

cteno4
Now you know where csi got their whole miniature killer series from! It was actually nice to see modeling done in that and even the father’s train layout with little gruesome scenes on it. i had a friend in college who came back from summer vacation a bit more somber (actually good he was a bit out of control, fun, but near the edge of trouble) as he got a summer painting job, unbeknownst to him at getting it, with a bio/crime scene clean up crew. Luckily it is was after the “tissue team” (his words) was done. Lots of prep to make sure blood was all dealt with properly as if just painted over it could do the shining and start showing thru later... jeff Link to comment
